Functional characteristics

· The steel frame and sheet metal structure have better stability and service life than the domestic mainstream aluminum profile structure.

· Standard plate specifications are 50x50-450X450mm, which can be customized according to non-standard specifications of customers.

· The coating machine is divided into three working areas: coating area + turning area + coating area.

· The automatic turning structure is adopted in the turning area.

· The coating area is divided into two-axis whole plate coating, three-axis selective coating and four-axis selective coating.

· The track adopts a three-stage structure, driven by stepper motor, with smooth transmission, no flutter and no impact of stop plate.

· The front and back door design is adopted. The electric box is open and closed in the form of a hinge, which is convenient for maintenance.

· Automatic immersion of rubber valves. Prevent clogging.

· Standardized aluminium alloy track and stainless steel chain transportation system can be used for heavy haul transportation with a maximum load of 10KG.

· Programming using CAD map or manual instruction, easy and fast operation

· Using Taiwan Industrial Computer+Motion Controller, WINDOWS XP Operating System, Fault Acousto-optic Alarm and Menu Display

· Reserved air outlet can be connected with the exhaust pipe of factory building.

· External independent paint containers are open and can be easily filled with glue.

· Standardized SMEMA interface can communicate with the upper and lower computer equipment in and out of the board automatically, and realize the whole line automation operation.
